Principal Accountabilities

  • To identify and face on site issues, identifying a suitable resolution.
  • Liaison with Operations around installations, requirements and planning.
  • Good management of timekeeping - adherence to schedules and requirements.
  • Ensure that necessary paperwork is ready for installation.
  • Close liaison with stylists to ensure efficiencies and good understanding of a job.
  • Good communicator - face of the business on site, liaising with Site Managers regarding install and any problems to be addressed.
  • Ensure on-site issues are flagged and fed back appropriately.

  • Experience in using hand tools.
  • General DIY skills.
  • Good time management - adherence to warehouse schedule and requirements.
  • Experience of installing home furnishings and accessories.

Training & Education

  • Holder of a CSCS card and advantage, but not essential.
  • IT Literate.
  • Full valid UK driver’s license.
