Job purpose

Reporting to the Merchandising Team Leader, and as an integral member of the Merchandising Team, the Admin Assistant will assist in many duties including; ordering using our internal ordering system, SAPOS, chasing orders, answering the phone and other general day-to-day duties. They will be on hand for ad-hoc queries and other duties when they arise.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Support our Merchandisers with sourcing of products from our supply base; ordering, chasing, gaining PODs etc
  • Chase Suppliers – Chase order confirmations, delivery dates and proof of deliveries with large variety of suppliers
  • Support with eBay listing and price changes
  • Answer calls into the department, directing to the right person in the team or department
  • Support the team with any general queries with suppliers or around the business
  • Management/Preparation of various admin packs that we manage for Stylists, Installation.
  • Filing of our job files

  • Experience of using Windows Outlook.
  • Experience of using Business Microsoft Office
  • Competent using Windows Excel.
  • Positive communication skills both verbally and written
